We do not charge a travel fee as long as your event is with-in 40 miles of East Lansing. We do not charge a setup fee. We DO pro-rate the cost after the first hour.  In other words, if you want us for an hour and a half, we only charge you for an hour and a half, not for two hours.  If you would like to use our services, and we are not within your budget, we may still be able to accomodate you as a string duet.  Our fantastic cellist and first violinist also play solo weddings as long as they are booked far enough in advance.  Please call or email for more info.



For our String Quartet (two violins /viola /cello) we charge: 

Quartet, 1 hr., $440.00 

Quartet, 1.5 hr., $600.00 

Quartet, 2 hr., $760.00  

Quartet, 2.5 hr., $880.00  

Quartet, 3 hr., $1,000.00 

Any time purchased beyond 3 hrs., add $120/per 30 min.

For our String Trio (violin /viola / cello) we charge: 

Trio, 1 hr., $340.00

Trio, 1.5 hr., $460.00

 Trio, 2 hr., $580.00 

Trio, 2.5 hr., $670.00 

Trio, 3 hr., $760.00 

Any time purchased beyond 3 hours., add $90/per 30 min. 


For or String Duet we charge:

Duet, 1 hr., $220.00

Duet, 1.5hr., $300.00

Duet 2 hr., $380.00

Duet 2.5 hr., $440.00

Duet 3 hr., $510.00

Anytime purchased beyond 3 hours., add $60/per 30 min.

 

 

Booking Process

 

  1. First, call or email us to see if we are available for the date of your event. 

     
  2. You will be mailed a contract.

     
  3. Sign the contract, and return it with a down-payment check for $100 to reserve the date. This check is non-refundable.

     
  4. We will confirm that we have received your signed contract and check.

     
  5. Pay the balance of the amount due on the day of the event, or sooner if you wish.
