Lyndra Tingley (violin, manager)  is in her final year at Michigan State University pursuing both a Bachelors of  Arts and a Teaching Credential in Music Education. She has been playing violin for the past 18 years. At age 12, Lyndra was accepted into Michigan's Finest Boarding Arts Highschool: Interlochen Arts Academy, where she studied under the direction of Paul Sonner.  Today she performs with the Traverse City Symphony as well as the Michigan State University Symphony. Ms. Tingley is the conductor of the Mason Philharmonic Orchestra and a Suzuki strings teacher in the greater Lansing Area. 

 

Rebeca García Ardis (violin) began her musical studies at the age of seven in Monterrey, Mexico.  She has performed with many orchestras, including the Regional and National Encounter Orchestras in Nuevo León and Mexico City, the Toyota International Festival Orchestra in Toyohashi, Japan,  the Michigan State University Symphony and Chamber Orchestras, and the Ohio Light Opera Orchestra. In addition, she has performed with numerous chamber ensembles, including world music group Tom Jayne and the Nomads. Rebeca holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Music Performance from MSU.  She is currently teaching chamber and orchestral repertoire at St. Martha School in Okemos and in Lansing Catholic High School in Lansing, MI.  She is married to Joshua Ardis and together they have three beautiful children.  Rebeca is also a certified Suzuki instructor


Kristen Terreri (viola)  is the strings teacher in Okemos. She received her bachelors degree in music under the direction of  Yuri Gandelsman in 2010 . She has performed with West Michigan Symphony, Jackson Symphony and Alma Symphony.  


Anna Garcia (cello) studied cello performance at University of North Texas. She moved to Lansing to be closer to family. She is a Suzuki certified teacher in the greater Lansing area.
